Tim Davies

Tim looks at how choices by technologists and practitioners affect the potential of technologies for democratic engagement, empowerment and social inclusion. He is an affiliate of the Harvard Berkman Center for Internet and Society, and studies at the University of Southampton Web Science Doctoral Training Center. With the World Wide Web Foundation he coordinates a research network on Open Data in Developing Countries (www.opendataresearch.org) and works on the development of inclusive open data standards.
