Paulo Duarte

Graduated from Centro Universitário da Cidade, Paulo is a designer, art director, photographer and producer. Specialist in coordinating creative processes, he has years of experience in developing communication projects and in the direction of events and large scale productions. In his passage through the third sector, he worked at Rits (Rede de Informações para o Terceiro Setor) creating graphic solutions and designing accessible digital interfaces for many civil society organizations in Brazil, Latin America and Europe. He is currently Nupef's Institute projects coordinator and leads the Nupef's Community Networks Project in "quilombola" regions in the State of Maranhão since 2016, which involves the implementation of community internet providers and mesh technology. He´s also responsible for the web sites administration and for all visual communication design and web design of the organization's online and printed publications. In 2017 he collaborated with Alter Mundi's Libre Router Project.
